How Subscriptions Work
When you sign up to our fully flexible subscription, there is no lock in—you can pause, skip, or cancel anytime.
Subscribing means you receive a kit each month (saving up to £5 if you were to buy our kits individually).
Before any recurring payments are taken, you will receive an email from us so you can amend the order if you want to. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged at the frequency of the subscription you choose.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time, through the link in your order confirmation email or by signing into your account.
